Recently, TWSC was successfully selected for the first batch of “Advanced Smart Factories” list announced by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the first company in Futian District to receive this certification. This selection was first launched in 2025 for cultivation and recognition, aiming to establish a three-pronged promotion mechanism of “smart factories, solutions, and standard systems” to guide enterprises in gradually enhancing their smart manufacturing capabilities.

The “Advanced Level” criteria focus on digital transformation and networked collaboration, achieved through the deployment of intelligent equipment and systems to enable data interoperability across production and operations, precise control of critical production processes, and multi-stage collaboration. Key technical and economic indicators must lead the industry within the province and demonstrate benchmarking capabilities.

As a regional intelligent manufacturing demonstration project, TWSC's smart factory focuses on core processes such as storage wafer testing and module manufacturing. It features a comprehensive range of self-developed equipment, broad business coverage, and centralized intelligence. The factory has already obtained Level 3 maturity certification for smart manufacturing.

The factory integrates R&D, production, and verification processes with a flexible equipment matrix, achieving 100% automation coverage for critical processes. Through high-performance, reliable equipment such as fully automated SMT and SLT systems, it ensures the performance and reliability of storage products.
- Data-driven, intelligent manufacturing and lean management
The factory has deployed a data hub platform that integrates production control, quality inspection, and data center management systems. Leveraging ERP and MES intelligent platforms, it achieves dynamic scheduling of production resources and real-time optimization of process parameters, continuously driving improvements in delivery efficiency, manufacturing precision, and intelligent production.
TWSC will use this selection as an opportunity to continue advancing the construction of a standardized system across the entire process, deepen its automation, digitization, and intelligent manufacturing layout, strengthen the foundation of intelligent manufacturing, and accelerate progress toward “excellent-level” and “leading-level” goals, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of Shenzhen's manufacturing industry.
