Additionally, TWSC's DDR5 memory adopts a 32-bank architecture, increasing access availability compared to the 16 banks of DDR4, allowing a single memory module to support capacities of up to 48GB.   • System Reliability: Full support for data cyclic redundancy check (CRC) provides verification for read and write data, ensuring data accuracy during high-speed transfers, reducing error rates, and enhancing overall system reliability.
  • Power Management: An integrated efficient power management integrated circuit (PMIC) finely controls power load, optimizing voltage and timing control to improve signal integrity and system compatibility. Additionally, the low operating voltage of 1.1V significantly reduces power consumption and heat generation, extending device lifespan.
