1.1 Service Guidelines

1.2 Definition of After-Sales Service Warranty Period

The warranty period for Demingli products starts from the date of purchase. Customers must provide the original proof of purchase (such as an invoice or valid purchase receipt). If no proof of purchase is provided during the warranty period, the warranty will begin two months after the product's production date. If no proof of purchase is available, the product warranty will be serviced according to Demingli's paid service standards.

1.3 After-Sales Service for Replacement or Repair

- Replacement: If a product develops non-compatibility or non-man-made quality issues within the replacement period after purchase, customers can contact Demingli's after-sales service for product replacement. Only the main product is replaced, excluding accessories, manuals, and packaging. Replacements are limited to new or functional products of the same model and capacity. If the purchased model has been discontinued, the replacement will be limited to products of different models but the same capacity.

- Repair: If a quality issue occurs outside the replacement period but within the warranty period, and is covered under the free warranty, customers can contact after-sales for repair service. The repair applies only to the product itself and does not cover any files stored on the product. If the purchased model has been discontinued, the free warranty will continue for up to six months after discontinuation.

1.4 Conditions Not Covered by the Free Warranty

The following conditions are not eligible for free warranty service:

- Inability to provide the warranty card and valid proof of purchase or a corresponding copy.

- Modification, disassembly, or repair of the product without written permission from Demingli.

- The printed capacity or serial number on the product is worn or missing. *(Note: The serial number (S/N code) is a key basis for warranty claims; please handle with care!)*

- The USB interface of the product is bent or deformed due to external forces, or the product casing is damaged or deformed.

- Failure to use or maintain the product according to the user manual, resulting in damage.

- Damage caused by force majeure events such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons, or human negligence such as dropping, breaking, misuse, etc.

- Damage caused by computer viruses or antivirus procedures.

- Damage resulting from physical or electronic interference, unstable power supplies, misuse, lightning, static electricity, fire, or other uncontrollable factors.

- Damage caused by improper storage in unsuitable environments, including high/low temperatures or high humidity.

- Damage or loss during transportation to Demingli's after-sales service department due to improper packaging or handling.

- Failure or damage caused by using Demingli products for research, production, or professional testing purposes.

Notes:

- If the product does not qualify for free warranty service or has exceeded the warranty period, Demingli will charge a repair service fee according to its standards. Please contact after-sales for details.

- Customers are responsible for backing up all data stored on the product. Demingli is not liable for any data loss during the warranty process.

- Demingli assumes no liability for losses caused by unauthorized use of its products in industries such as military, medical, traffic control, disaster prevention, etc. For specific requirements or specialized products, please consult Demingli to find the appropriate solution.

- Counterfeit or infringing products are not covered under this policy. Demingli's after-sales service department reserves the right to identify and reject service for such products.

- Products sold before January 1, 2024, are subject to the 2023 warranty policy, while products sold after January 1, 2024, will adhere to the new 2024 terms.

- Shenzhen Demingli Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of the after-sales warranty policy. In case of discrepancies with national regulations, the latter shall prevail.
