The demand for fast data transfer in mobile terminals mainly focuses on high-speed data transfer technologies, large file transfer solutions, cross-device transfer, security, reliability, and compatibility. TWSC M.2 2230 product supports PCIe Gen4*4 interface and NVMe 2.0 protocol, with maximum sequential read and write speeds of 7100MB/s and 6200MB/s, respectively. By streamlining the data storage path, it effectively alleviates cache pressure and reduces access latency in storage devices. The firmware adopts dynamic and static full-disk wear-leveling algorithms and supports TRIM, NCQ, and garbage collection mechanisms, improving the loading speed of various applications and large games and enhancing the user experience.

Through dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) technology and the expansion of low-power mode frequency bands, TWSC integrates efficient power management integrated circuits (PMIC) to finely regulate power load, improve signal integrity and system compatibility, and achieve significant energy savings at both hardware and software levels.
